Acolyte – General Terms & Conditions

When you join Acolyte as a customer, dealer, or affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms:

✅ 1. Ethical & Professional Conduct:

• You must behave honestly and respectfully.

• Do not provide misleading or false information to customers.

• Do not exaggerate the quality or benefits of products.

✅ 2. Product Orders & Sales:

• Acolyte products must be sold at the set price.

• Products cannot be sold at discounted prices online or in stores without company approval.

• Damaged products can be replaced within 7 days (conditions apply).

✅ 3. Income & Commissions:

• Commissions are earned based on product sales.

• Income is not earned just by recruiting new members.

• There is no guaranteed income—earnings depend on your efforts and sales.

✅ 4. Stock & Dealership:

• You may become a stockist or dealer under specific terms.

• No forced sales by overstocking are allowed.

✅ 5. Advertising & Promotion:

• Acolyte’s name, logo, or packaging may not be used without permission.

• When promoting on social media, you must mention "Acolyte Independent Partner" or "Official Reseller."

• Promotions comparing Acolyte with other companies are strictly prohibited.

✅ 6. Prohibited Activities:

• False claims, forced sales, or cheating will lead to membership cancellation.

• Violation of company policies may result in commission suspension or termination of membership.

✅ 7. Membership Validity:

• Membership remains valid for 1 year from registration.

• If you engage in at least one activity per year, membership will be auto-renewed.

✅ 8. Contract Termination or Changes:

• You may cancel your membership at any time.

• The company may update the rules if needed, but members will be notified in advance.

✅ 9. Privacy & Security:

• Your personal information will be securely stored and not shared with third parties (except as required by law).
